Mac and Farmers Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz) Package elbow macaroni
  • 1 (8 oz) Farmers Old Cheddar Cheese Shredded
  • 250 g Nordica 2% Cottage Cheese
  • 250 ml Farmers Regular Sour Cream
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup Dry bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup Farmers Non Hydrogenated Margarine, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil, add pasta, and cook until done; drain.
  2. In 9 x 13 inch baking dish, stir together macaroni, shredded Farmers Old Cheddar cheese, Nordica 2% Cottage Cheese, Farmers Regular Sour Cream, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together bread crumbs and melted Farmers Non Hydrogenated Margarine. Sprinkle topping over macaroni mixture.
  4. Bake 30 to 35 minutes, or until top is golden
