Ingredients
  • 250 mL (1 cup) Farmers Buttermilk
  • 250 mL (1 cup) Farmers by Natrel 5% Light Sour Cream
  • 15 mL (1 tbsp) parsley flakes
  • 5 mL (1 tsp) garlic powder
  • 2.5 mL (½ tsp) smoked paprika
  • 2.5 mL (½ tsp) salt
  • 1.25 mL (¼ tsp) black pepper
  • 0.62 mL (⅛ tsp) sugar
  • 60 mL (¼ cup) crumbled blue cheese
Preparation
  1. Blend all the ingredients except the blue cheese until smooth.
  2. Pour into a bowl and add the blue cheese.
  3. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 3–4 hours before serving.
