Buttermilk Pancakes

The secret ingredient for the perfect fluffy and velvety pancakes : Fresh Farmers buttermilk. Everyone will be impressed by your sunday brunch skills !

  • 1 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 cup Farmers Buttermilk
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil 
  1. Sift together flour, sugar and baking powder.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine Farmers Buttermilk, egg and oil.
  3. Add this mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring just to moisten.
  4. Drop batter (1.4 cup measure per pancake) onto a hot, greased griddle.
  5. Bake until bubbles form; turn over; continue baking until nicely browned.
