Herb Butter

A tasty herb butter recipe, perfect to elevate your grilled meats.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup (250 ml) Natrel Lactose-Free butter, softened
  • 5 large basil leaves, finely chopped
  • 2 small garlic cloves, minced
  • 5 chive stems, finely chopped
  • ½ tsp. (2.5 ml) dried thyme
Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and stir with a whisk.
  2. Transfer the butter to a glass jar or small dish and keep refrigerated until serving time.
