- 250 mL (1 cup) Farmers Buttermilk
- 250 mL (1 cup) Farmers by Natrel 5% Light Sour Cream
- 15 mL (1 tbsp) parsley flakes
- 5 mL (1 tsp) garlic powder
- 2.5 mL (½ tsp) smoked paprika
- 2.5 mL (½ tsp) salt
- 1.25 mL (¼ tsp) black pepper
- 0.62 mL (⅛ tsp) sugar
- 60 mL (¼ cup) crumbled blue cheese
- Blend all the ingredients except the blue cheese until smooth.
- Pour into a bowl and add the blue cheese.
- Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 3–4 hours before serving.
