This recipe is great for the family
- 4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 4 oz Sliced black forest ham
- 4 oz Farmers Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 Egg
- 3 oz Farmers 2% milk (egg wash)
- Bread Crumbs
Lightly pound chicken breasts. Lay a slice of ham and a slice of Farmers Mozzarella Cheese in centre and roll.
Flour, egg wash and bread crumb. Pan fry to a golden brown and serve.
Healthy Hint: Substitute the Farmers 2% milk with Farmers 1% Choice milk for a low fat alternative with all the same great taste!
