This decadent low fat 1 % Chocolate milk smoothie recipe makes a delightful treat without the fat !
- 1 cup Fresh or Frozen unsweetened fruit
- ½ cup Low fat, vanilla yogurt
- ½ cup Farmers Chocolate 1% Milk
- Grape Nuts
- Place fruit, yogurt and Farmers Chocolate 1% Milk in blender; whirl until well blended.
- The smoothie will be thick and yummy.
- Pour into a glass; garnish with Grape Nuts.
Hint: Frozen fruit adds to texture of this drink and makes it nice and cold.
