This decadent low-fat 1% chocolate milk smoothie makes a delightful treat without the fat!
- 250 mL (1 cup) unsweetened fruit, fresh or frozen
- 125 mL (½ cup) low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 125 mL (½ cup) Farmers Chocolate 1% Milk
- 1 sprinkle of Grape Nuts cereal
- Place the fruit, yogurt and Farmers Chocolate 1% Milk in a blender; whirl until well blended.
- The smoothie will be thick and yummy.
- Pour into a glass; garnish with Grape Nuts cereal.
Hint: Frozen fruit adds texture to this drink and makes it nice and cold.
