Farmers Low Fat 1% Chocolate Milk Smoothie

  • 1 cup Fresh or Frozen unsweetened fruit
  • ½ cup Low fat, vanilla yogurt
  • ½ cup Farmers Chocolate 1% Milk
  • Grape Nuts
  1. Place fruit, yogurt and Farmers Chocolate 1% Milk in blender; whirl until well blended.
  2. The smoothie will be thick and yummy.
  3. Pour into a glass; garnish with Grape Nuts.
Hint: Frozen fruit adds to texture of this drink and makes it nice and cold.
