Farmers Low-Fat 1% Chocolate Milk Smoothie

This decadent low-fat 1% chocolate milk smoothie makes a delightful treat without the fat!

  • 250 mL (1 cup) unsweetened fruit, fresh or frozen
  • 125 mL (½ cup) low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 125 mL (½ cup) Farmers Chocolate 1% Milk
  • 1 sprinkle of Grape Nuts cereal
  1.  Place the fruit, yogurt and Farmers Chocolate 1% Milk in a blender; whirl until well blended.
  2.  The smoothie will be thick and yummy.
  3.  Pour into a glass; garnish with Grape Nuts cereal.

Hint: Frozen fruit adds texture to this drink and makes it nice and cold.
