Chocolate Smoothie

Satisfy your sweet tooth with this protein-rich chocolate smoothie recipe. An energy-boosting after-school treat!

Ingredients
  • 250 mL (1 cup) Farmers 1% Chocolate Milk
  • 250 mL (1 cup) Farmers 2% Milk
  • 350 mL (1½ cups) Greek vanilla yogurt
  • 1 banana, large, ripe, peeled
  • 15 mL (1 tbsp) cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 250 mL (1 cup) ice cubes
Preparation
  1. Slice the banana and freeze for 30 minutes.
  2. Combine the chocolate milk, milk, yogurt, banana, cocoa powder and ice cubes in a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth and frothy.
