New Years Cafe Au Lait Granite

This yummy Cafe Au Lait Granite recipe is simply delicious. Just strong brewed coffee, milk and a little bit of sugar for a tasty treat.

  • 3 cups hot strong brewed coffee
  • 3 cups Farmers 1% milk
  • ½ cup sugar
  1. Combine Farmers 1% Milk and all ingredients in a pitcher; stir until sugar dissolves. Pour into ice cube trays; freeze 4 hours or until firm.
  2. Let stand at room temperature 10 minutes. Place the frozen cubes in a food processor; process until smooth.
  3. Spoon into chilled dishes; serve immediately
