  • ¼ seedless cucumber, peeled (approx. 6 to 8 cm)
  • ½ cup (60 ml) Farmers by Natrel Sour Cream
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp dried dill
  • Salt to taste
  1. Grate cucumber, and then place in cheese cloth or paper towel and press to squeeze out liquid.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and beat together until smooth.
