A delicious ice cream sandwich recipe. Use your favorite cookie, any topping, chopped roasted almonds, coloured sprinkles, chocolate chips and delicious Farmers Ice Cream.

Ingredients
- Your favourite cookies
- Farmers Bay of Fundy Mudslide Ice Cream, slightly softened
- Fudge sauce
- Chopped roasted almonds, and/or coloured sprinkles, and/or chocolate chips
- Chocolate sauce
Preparation
- Spread the fudge sauce on the cookies.
- Top with softened Farmers Bay of Fundy Mudslide Ice Cream.
- Top with another cookie.
- Roll the edges of each ice cream sandwich in your choice of chopped roasted almonds, coloured sprinkles, and/or chocolate chips.
- Freeze until firm; serve on a plate, drizzle with chocolate sauce and enjoy!
