Stirred into coffee, drizzled over ice cream or given as a hostess gift over the holidays, homemade Dulce de Leche is unbelievably easy to make.
- 4 cups of Farmers 2% Milk
- 1¼ cups sugar
- 1/3 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp of vanilla
- Stir together and bring to a boil 4 cups of Farmers 2% Milk,
- 1¼ cups sugar and 1/3 tsp baking soda. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring frequently, for 1½ hours.
- Stir in 1 tsp of vanilla and transfer to a bowl to cool.
- Makes 1½ sweet and delicious cups.
